Plain-English conditions for Inkloch's 14-day, no-card trial.
Inkloch provides online tools for maintaining company facts, a consistent voice and draft communications. By creating an account, you agree to use the service lawfully and to review any content before publication. Contact: craig@inkloch.com.
Free trial
Starter, Team and Agency each offer a single 14-day free trial for a new eligible company workspace. No payment card is needed. The trial begins only when a verified account owner creates a workspace and selects a plan. Each company is eligible for one trial, not one trial per plan.
The trial does not automatically renew as a paid subscription and you will not be charged when it ends. Unless a separately purchased subscription is active, editing and paid features may become unavailable after the trial. Existing workspace records are normally retained rather than immediately erased.
Paid plans
Displayed monthly prices are in GBP and may be subject to applicable taxes. A future paid plan requires a separate, explicit Stripe Checkout transaction; no purchase occurs during free registration. Paid subscriptions are offered only when checkout is enabled and subject to the pricing and terms presented at purchase. There is no guarantee that paid checkout will be available immediately when your trial ends.
Your content and responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy, permissions, confidentiality and legality of the materials you upload or generate. Check facts, claims, source permissions and AI-assisted text before publishing or distributing it. Inkloch does not automatically publish communications or verify every factual claim.
Acceptable use and account safety
Keep credentials secure and use the service only for materials you have authority to process. Do not use it to send spam, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, scrape private services, bypass usage limits or create misleading communications. We may restrict accounts for security, legal or misuse concerns.
Availability and changes
Inkloch is an evolving service. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable, particularly during an early trial period. We'll use reasonable care but can't guarantee uninterrupted service or flawless AI outputs. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
