Privacy notice

How Inkloch handles account information and company content.

Inkloch is a communications workspace. This notice explains the personal data used to provide our website, account creation, company workspace, research and drafting tools. For privacy enquiries, contact craig@inkloch.com.

Information we handle

Why we use it

We use your information to create and manage your account, deliver the communications workspace, provide requested AI-assisted research and drafting, administer trial eligibility and usage limits, respond to support requests, secure the service and comply with applicable obligations. We rely mainly on the performance of our agreement with you, legitimate interests in security and reliable operation, and legal obligations where applicable. We will ask for consent where required for optional marketing.

AI and third-party providers

Inkloch uses service providers that may include Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Vercel for website delivery, Resend for authentication email, OpenAI for requested AI features and Stripe for opt-in paid billing. Information needed for a feature may be processed by the relevant provider. Do not upload material you are not authorised to share or highly sensitive personal data.

Retention and international processing

We retain account records and workspace content while they are needed to provide the service, handle requests and meet legal or security obligations. Retention after an account is closed depends on applicable requirements, including backups and dispute records. You can request details or deletion using the contact address above. Service providers may process information outside your country; applicable safeguards and provider terms govern those transfers.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or erase personal information, or object to certain uses. Contact craig@inkloch.com to make a request. You can also raise concerns with your local data protection regulator, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where applicable.

Essential storage

Inkloch uses essential authentication and session storage to keep you signed in. We do not ask you to accept optional advertising cookies to create a trial account. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, we'll provide appropriate information and choices.

Updates

We may revise this notice as the service develops. The version displayed here is dated 12 October 2026. For questions about this notice or data processing, contact craig@inkloch.com.
